ESCAPE Summer School: opening registration
The “Data Science for Astronomers, Astroparticle and Particle Physicists” summer school will take place online from 7 to 18 June 2021. Registration opens on Monday 26 April 2021!
This school is carried out in the framework of the project ESCAPE (European Science Cluster of Astronomy & Particle physics ESFRI research infrastructures).
The program of the school is devoted to project development for astrophysics, astroparticle physics & particle physics.
It will provide theoretical and hands-on training on Data Science and Python development (coding environment and good code practices, version control and collaborative development, Python packaging, scientific libraries for data science and analysis and machine learning). A Slack community for the school is available for communication between participants, to ask questions to tutors, amongst others.
The school is held as a continuation of the Asterics/Obelics summer schools (2017 edition, 2018 edition, 2019 edition).
