The ESCAPE Data Science School 2022 is back in Annecy: registrations are open
The school will take place in Annecy from 19 to 24 June 2022 at LAPP.
The ESCAPE Summer School 2022 “Data Science for Astronomers, Astroparticle and Particle Physicists” is held as a continuation of the ASTERICS/OBELICS previously organized at LAPP in 2017, 2018 and 2019 and of the first ESCAPE Data Science School organized online in 2021.

The program of the school is devoted to project development for astrophysics, astroparticle physics & particle physics. The aim of the school is to provide theoretical and hands-on training on Data Science and Python development:
- Coding environment and good code practices
- Version control and collaborative development
- Debugging and profiling
- Python packaging
- Scientific libraries for data science and analysis
- Machine learning
The school is carried out in the framework of the project ESCAPE (European Science Cluster of Astronomy & Particle physics ESFRI research infrastructures).
